As you may know, LaRue County Water District #1 recently acquired the water infrastructure from the City of New Haven. The water district looks forward to working with past, current, and future customers.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Starting December 16, 2022, all customers will need to start at New Haven City Hall to determine if you will be a water customer only or a water and wastewater customer. If you are determined to be a wastewater customer you then will have to sign up for wastewater services before you can receive water service. You will receive a signed copy from the City Clerk stating whether you are a water-only customer or a wastewater customer. You can then bring that copy to the LaRue County Water District #1 to sign up for water service. Thank you for your patience while we work thru this transition.
