Easier Online Payments

LCWD has implemented a new electronic billing and payment service that offers a greater flexibility for customers to view and pay their water bills. With the improved bill pay service, customers are able to receive and view bills electronically and make payments online, by phone or by text with a credit/debit card or bank account. Here are some highlights:

• Easy-to-use interface
• Pay anytime, anywhere online, by phone or by text
• Schedule a payment for the same day, a future date or set up automatic payments
• Receive email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation after making a payment
• Registration is not required
• Choose to eliminate paper bills and go paperless
